Our Mission

PTW is dedicated to supporting aspiring IBCLCs of Color on their journey to becoming leaders in lactation support. We believe every family deserves access to culturally relevant lactation care—and that begins by increasing diversity in the lactation profession. Through mentorship, community, and targeted resources, we are breaking down barriers and building a more inclusive future for lactation care.
